DELIVERY
We’re proud to offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders as a thank you for supporting our small family business. Each order is carefully packaged and sent with trusted couriers to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Please allow a few extra days for dispatch during busy periods, as every order is handled with personal care and attention.
We aim to get items in the post within 3 working days, but will contact you if there are any problems.
Please note that handcrafted sculptures and original artwork may take a little longer to arrive, as each piece is made or prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. These unique creations often require additional time for finishing touches, quality checks, and safe packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait for something truly special.

Due to the average size and weight of our items, we don’t typically offer international shipping as standard. However, we’re happy to consider it on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located outside the UK and are interested in one of our pieces, please get in touch with us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note any additional shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and re-sellable condition within 30 days of receipt.
Home Coming does not cover the cost of returning the item.
Home Coming does not refund the original delivery cost if within 14 days of its receipt the customer has either not returned it to Home Coming or notified Home Coming of their intention to do so.
No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay.
Our Returns Department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a re-sellable condition.
You will need to pay for the items to travel back to us for an exchange/refund.
Please remember to get proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
