Our Story
Brothers, Chris & Cliff opened Home Coming in Dunster in 2004 “…with our family connections in retailing going back further than that. We have historic family connections with the sheepskin industry and the local farms which provided its raw materials - echos of which can be found within our product ranges, allowing you to style your home, style yourself.”
Dunster
Opened in 2004, our 17th century building is situated in the very centre of Dunster, one of the country’s best preserved medieval villages and the principal gateway to the incomparable beauty of Exmoor National Park. Steeped in history, the predecessors Black Knight still stands proudly above our door. Home Coming is an essential destination for anyone with an interest in country home fashion.
Lynmouth
In 2023 we opened our second shop in Lynmouth “Where Exmoor meets the Sea”. Here you will find even more of our country & coastal clothing and accessories. From cosy wool-blend socks and fleece lined jumpers to classic leather and canvas bags.
